Position Overview

MNB Soft is looking for an energetic Product Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s in-house products like TaskFlier (task management), M-Parchi (billing software), Host Guardians (hosting solutions), MNB Promo (poster & banner tool), and other SaaS platforms. Your main job is to generate leads, give product demos, convert customers, and grow the subscription/user base.

Key Responsibilities

    Sell MNB Soft’s SaaS & software products to businesses and individuals. Understand product features and explain benefits to customers clearly. Conduct live demos for TaskFlier, M-Parchi, Host Guardians, MNB Promo, CRM tools, etc. Identify potential customers through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, emails, and field visits. Prepare proposals, quotations, and subscription plans. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for each product. Maintain CRM records and follow up with all prospects. Work with the technical/product team to ensure smooth onboarding. Upsell and cross-sell additional MNB Soft services. Gather customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the product team. Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    1–3 years of experience in IT / SaaS / software product sales (freshers with strong communication can apply). Strong understanding of SaaS, billing systems, hosting services, CRM, or digital tools. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to handle objections and convert leads. Comfortable with product demos (online/offline). Knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and target-based selling. Self-driven, confident, and good at negotiation.
